Mary meets incoming students in orientation classes and then assists any student with reducing obstacles to their education. Some of the ways Mary can help include
- locating, explaining, completing and submitting forms required by local and state agencies
- managing requests for anything from a winter coat to safe housing
- answering questions related to Metro resources and community resources
- connecting students/families and community agencies

United Way's 211 is a free health and human service information and referral resource.
