Ken added a yoga element to his 6th hour fitness class. Collaborating with Megan Robertson of and Sarah Doolittle Evan-Schwartz, each Wednesday the class focus is yoga. Student Kesan likes the yoga classes, he says "it hurts a little but I feel great afterwards." Another student Weston says, "It takes a lot of effort to stretch your body and this stretching pays off in the long term." Ken is pleased the students took to yoga so quickly. He says, "The enthusiasm of Megan and Sarah is contagious."
